traveling assistance
We understand that traveling abroad for the first time is a very stressful and a uncertain experience. Our assistance will relieve most of the uncertainty and make it a memorable and relaxing holiday.
We provide (upon request) the following services:
- VIP meet and greet assistance at the OR Tambo International Airport, upon request.
- Pre-approval of temporary import permits if you are travelling with firearms. We do need 6 weeks before your trip’s arrival to process all applications.
- We have in camp various calibres available for rent to use on your hunting trip if you wish to travel without firearms.
- If by some reason you have a very late arrival at OR Tambo International airport we can assist with pick-ups and comfortable guest house accommodation right next to the airport.
- We can assist with domestic flight bookings to Polokwane to make your trip to the Limpopo Province less on the road.
- Invitation letters for VISA purposes available on request.

Hunting isn’t a grocery shopping list. I don’t want to create a false expectation. Yes, you can definitely give me your “hunting wish list” and I will do my utmost best to meet your expectation. But each area has its own unique animal kingdom, specific to that area. My entire philosophy is based on ethical practices. Although we cater for the entire year, due to climate we recommend for April until October months.
